Founded in Saint Paul in 1981, Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, P.A. has offices in downtown Minneapolis. With over 35 attorneys, the firm serves clients in the finance, real estate and construction industries, and in the areas of commercial litigation, financial restructuring, bankruptcy, tax and business planning.
Our attorneys are graduates of leading national and regional law schools. Many are experienced practitioners drawn from prominent law firms and government service. Many hold significant leadership positions within state and national organizations in their fields.
Our clients include major contractors, design professionals, real estate developers, property owners, banks, commercial lenders, securities underwriters, sureties, insurers, and small to large businesses and entrepreneurs.
We are a "boutique" law firm that focuses on doing a few things well, rather than a "full service" firm that seeks to be all things to all clients. Thus, in the areas we focus on we have the depth and experience found only in the region's largest law firms. However, our smaller size allows us to be more responsive, more service oriented, and less expensive than the typical large law firm.
