Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, P.A. has the legal and technical knowledge and experience to provide effective assistance to clients at any stage of the construction process.
Judgment
The resolution of a construction dispute sometimes costs as much as the amount in dispute. Our judgment, based on our experience and knowledge, can help you find a cost-effective way through the maze of litigation, arbitration, mediation or other ADR alternatives that your problem may present.
Many of our lawyers are members of the National Construction Arbitrators and Mediators Panel of the American Arbitration Association, and are themselves experienced arbitrators and certified mediators. Our understanding of alternative dispute resolution methods is excellent, making our advice invaluable to clients trying to choose the best means by which to resolve a dispute.
Value
Our clients are concerned with the "bottom line" and so are we. Our goal is to approach your legal problems in a focused, practical and cost efficient manner. In short, we want to provide quality and value. We do this by understanding your goals and then planning a course of action with your involvement to achieve your objectives efficiently and effectively.
Our clients are comfortable working with schedules and cost estimates and so are we. Due to the low overhead we enjoy as a smaller firm, our hourly rates compare very favorably to other local or national firms practicing in our area of the law. In appropriate cases, we have also created alternative billing arrangements such as capped fees, blended rates, and contingent fees to address the budget needs of our clients.
We are sensitive to your cost concerns. We do not always need to "turn over every stone" while working on your case. Based on our experience and judgment, we know which "stones" are worth looking under and which are not, which translates into significant cost savings for our clients.
We believe that after speaking with any one of our attorneys you will be confident in our abilities to add value to your operations and solve your construction related problems. We look forward to helping you.
